John served as a direct care worker, and a case manger in various social work organizations before coming on staff at Sonlight Community Church in 2012. He became the lead pastor at SonLight Community Church in 2017. John is passionate about working in our community through board advocacy (serving on boards) and being the hands and feet of Jesus in the community. John is married to his wife Heidi, and they have four young children.
John has a passion to see children at an early age discover Jesus, and how He loves them. John has a heart to support early childhood education by serving on The Vine board, and advocating for it in the community. Some of John's passions, are going for hikes, running, soccer, reading, and legos.

Robyn has been a Steuben County resident since 1989. Robyn’s entrepreneurial spirit started more than 16 years ago when her and her husband started their own business in the Angola area. Robyn worked at Trine University as an accountant for the student services housing department for 10 years. Currently, she works as a business administrator for Coatney Sales Inc, Marine Sales LLC, and R4 Securities LLC.
Robyn’s has a passion for seeing young children grow and develop with strong foundational principles, so her experience teaching children about Jesus for last 30 years is an asset for The Vine team. She is also an avid reader and Bible study geek.

Joel became the Youth Pastor at Fairview Missionary Church in 2004 until 2012 when he started the transition to Lead Pastor in 2015. Joel owes his radical life transformation to his relationship with his Savior, Jesus. Joel is married to his lovely wife Karolyn, they share three amazing children and love spending time together.
Joel has a desire to see a Christ centered early learning center in our community and is in full support of The Vine as a board member. On his free time, Joel shares a passion for golf and woodworking.

Bill has been working for many years in the educational field. He served as a teacher of 12 years, Assistant Principal of 4 years, and Principal for 4 years at Pioneer Jr. Sr. High School. Bill then followed that with Middle School Principal for 22 years at M.S.D. of Steuben County. Bill and his wife Carolyn have been married for 54 years, and have three children.
Bill has a heart for early learning and enjoys supporting The Vine as a board member. In his free time he loves woodworking, hunting and spoiling his Grandchildren.

Both a blessing and a struggle, homeschooling her girls has been a full-time job for the last ten years. Teaching does not stop at home. During Sunday morning worship her heart for children and Jesus leads her to share with children about Jesus being our Rescuer. She finds community, family, and discipleship in Missional Community.
The joy of music fills her week with giving piano lessons and directing a local handbell choir. Going for hikes is a favorite time to spend developing relationships with others. With a passion for children and education, a desire for others to see Jesus through community, and joy found in God’s stunning creation, The Vine is the perfect fit for Denille to serve.

Tyler and his family have called Steuben County home since 2006. His financial education and experience has lead him to have been self-employed in the financial services industry for the past 6 years. Prior, Tyler was the Dean of Admission and special event coordinator at Trine University. He still stays active on campus by teaching as an adjunct professor, announcing basketball and football games, and being a member of the alumni board. Tyler finds value in volunteering in various youth organizations, including serving as Treasurer for Angola Kid’s League and an in-class volunteer for Junior Achievement. In his free time, Tyler enjoys coaching sports, fishing, and camping with his wife Racheal, along with his two sons, Ashland and Graeme.

Celeste has lived in Fremont, Indiana since 2011. She loves looking for God’s beauty in nature as she goes on hikes, camping, and spends time on the lake. As a wife and mother, being with her growing family is of great value to her. She has taught in various schools for over 25 years living in several areas of the country as she supported her husband’s technical career. Currently, she works as the English Language Learner teacher for Fremont Community Schools. Celeste has a desire and passion to help children grow academically, emotionally, and spiritually. With her experiences in both private and public schools, she will provide educational insight for The Vine’s Board of Directors. This will give her an opportunity to connect and contribute her skills with some special people in the community.
LORI L OLSON
Bachelor of Science degree with majors in business and physical education from Northern State University (Aberdeen, SD)
Lori has been a registered financial advisor since 1990. While working at Edward Jones, she enjoys assisting individuals and business owners to build, maintain, and protect their investments. At the present time, she is a regional Edward Jones women and inclusion leader and member of Tri Kappa, Premier Women's Network, and Peace Lutheran Church. Lori is involved in the community: through the SD Foster Parent Program, as an ambassador for Big Brother/Big Sister, on the United Way Gifting Committee as a Day of Caring Chair, and is on the Angola Chamber board. Married for 39 years, she and Rod have a son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. Lori’s faith is important to her. She enjoys baking, cooking, crafts, gardening, golfing, hiking, yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
ROBERT J. MANRAHAN
Rob is leading the way to high performance outcomes in the nonprofit section. Using enthusiasm and 30 years of experience, this action-oriented leader has held positions as consultant, fundraiser, nonprofit and corporate executive.
Serving as Executive Director of three Foundations, Executive Director of three Nonprofit Organizations, Assistant Director of Nationwide Children’s Hospital Columbus Ohio, and Regional Vice President of Development for Franciscan Health, his career highlights include Entertainment Manager at Walt Disney World.
With a B.A in Biology, Indiana University, a M.A. in Philanthropic Studies from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, and graduate studies in business at The Ohio State University, Rob is currently pursuing a PhD in Theology at the University of Notre Dame.
Rob empowers organizations as President of Angel Funding Consulting, his own firm dedicated to working with nonprofits and directing them in exceeding performance outcomes and goals.
